Outward process efficient. However, the return pick up and drop off was very stressful. It would appear that only one driver was on duty leading to lengthy delays. The driver was not courteous and when asked questions I.E "will another bus be coming" his answer was "probably".

2nd time used this site this year. Both times infrequent bus transfers. Will try somewhere else next time.

Unfortunately, we were the victims of the Iceland volcano and our holiday was cancelled by Thomas Cook. I have already contacted Parksafe and was advised that although no refunds were allowed, if I managed to book another holday this year (2010) then I should phone and quote the reference number provided for the April booking and I would only be charged the difference. I took this to be a very generous offer under the circumstances. We will try to book up later in the year and hope that this agreement will be honoured. The lady I spoke to at the time could not have been more helpful.

Unfortunately we had to wait a good 20 mins on our bus collecting us when we arrived back from tenerife we were offered no apology merely told traffic! I would not use again!

Pleasant enough staff, pretty efficient, no frills and straight forward enough. Called from the baggage claim at Glasgow Airport and once outside at the stop the bus arrived very soon after. By chance I think I was at the right stop, but the stops are exactly clear! But you can see the Carpark name on the bus as it pulls in. So satisfied and would probably use this service again.
