5 Star Meet and Greet Reviews

Despite paying for the drop off and collect car parking at Heathrow Airport when booking on arrival and leaving five star meet and greet charged me again. I didn’t have time to argue at the time but I eventually got the money back. It took them 40 minutes to get my car back to me when I returned. Both the passenger floor mat and the drivers floor mat Were covered in mud . Dreadful service, dreadful company.

We’ve booked through Park and Go many times and they’re always great. Drivers were punctual and communication with office was good. Thank you!

We’ve used this service on a number of occasions and the service has always been efficient with friendly staff. It makes arriving and leaving the airport stress free. I would highly recommend booking 5 Star Meet & Greet through Park and Go.

Both drop off and collection handled efficiently. Collection was particularly well handled given the congestion on both the entrance and exit to the car park at LHR T2.
