Reviewed on 25th October 2022Drop off was fine but there was a 30 minute wait for the car instead of 10 minutes as promised. Also I had to pay an extra £5.30 at the car park exit, probably because the driver took too long to meet me after entering the car park.

Reviewed on 20th September 2021Despite phoning twice to let the car park know i had arrived, i still waited 25 minutes to have my car delivered. It would have been quicker if i had parked in Long Stay. Disappointing.

Reviewed on 25th November 2020Collection from Heathrow T2 was on time. However, the driver had no visible means of identity. There was no Inspection Sheet for me to authorise either at the drop off or the collection in which case it would have been impossible to record any defects/damage that might have occurred during the parking period.

Reviewed on 17th March 2020We were left sitting in the car for over half an hour on arrival as the driver was stuck in traffic. However service on return was excellent, slick with very warm and friendly staff.

Reviewed on 11th February 2020Pro-There were there on drop-off and retrieval. It was fast and easy. Con-The car driver and passenger floor, trim, and surrounds were covered in mud. A plastic panel cover was broken off and sitting in the middle of the driver area—impossible to miss. The drop-off driver had no idea who broke the panel, why there was so much mud on the driver side (his shoes were clean), nor who the mysterious muddy passenger was. Could have been much worse; could have been much better. If you don't like gambling with your car, leave it at the airport long-stay terminal. You may walk, but you won't worry that phantom mud-sprites will take your car for a spin.

Reviewed on 18th June 2019Poor and confused drop-off experience, where they appeared to have lost our paperwork and first person sent to pick car up refused to issue a receipt. Eventually sorted out and pick-up was fine, but definitely down a notch on previous uses.

Reviewed on 6th February 2019Drop off was once again disappointing with 5 star, a pattern is developing here. They were 10 minutes late with no apology. Collection on our return was good and friendly. Overall standards are slipping so I will have to consider other options, having been a regular customer for some years.

Reviewed on 6th February 2019Had to wait around 15 minutes when dropping off the car as nobody from the team was present. My booking also did not show up on their system so had to give my details from my email.
