Reviewed on 4th August 2011The staff were polite but late - by about 10 minutes on departure (could be slightly stressful if you are running a little late) and took 30 minutes to return the car after my phone call from baggage reclaim (compared to the 15-20 minutes I was told). The problem for Meet and Greet companies is that these sorts of delays challenge their competitive advantage compared to Long Term car-parking with an efficient shuttle service.

Reviewed on 30th July 2011All together an efficient and economic service. Instructions for meeting driver at T5 could have been clearer and car delivery might have been quicker. But that said I would use again.

Reviewed on 25th July 2011Excellent service. Had to change terminal pick-up at short notice and this was no problem. Even better it was substantially cheaper than Long Term Car Park charges for 11 day holiday. Definitely recommend.
