We printed off the emails and details and followed them. We waited where they told us to wait and no one turned up. Finally I rang again to be told the instructions we were sent were wrong. Funnily enough we were told to collect the car in the wrong place - so another long wait for nothing. So do not use this company as they are totally incompetent when it comes to telling customers where to drop off and collect.

Very prompt at arrival and departure. Makes all the difference when long drives are to faced both pre departure and post arrival. A good service and quick telephone response.

Great service, staff were there to meet us on arrival at airport and car was waiting when we returned. Courtesy call received on date of departure re-confirming drop off time.

Usual high standard from Park and Go. Collection great and delivery about 5 minutes after arriving back at Heathrow car park. Highly recommend, would not use any other firm but Park and Go.
