I had a great experience with park and go a few days ago. Firstly, I received a courtesy call the morning of my flight, where they ran over the details of where I needed to meet the parking attendants. Despite this I still went to the wrong car park level, but when I called to find out where to go, the attendant said he would come down and meet me. When I arrived back in the UK I called the numbers provided and the car was waiting for me when I got to the car park about 5 minutes later. Everyone was so helpful and made airport parking which is normally a hassle really easy. Not only do they offer a great service, they also offer it at a really good price. I ended up paying a lot less then my colleague who didn't use park and go. I will definitely be using them again next time I go away!
