Phoned us 30 mins before we arrived to confirm we were near, when we arrived we only waited 5mins and the car was collected which was great; arrived back in UK and soon as I turned my phone on it rang and the guy said to ring him as soon as u get your cases which I did and only waited 3 or 4 mins for him to turn up with my car. Excellent service, would use again, no probs thank you for such a good service!

Nothing but praise. Please note car is parked 17 miles from Heathrow, but not a problem for me.

Why would you ever use any other system. Worked brilliantly and quite flexible on times. Arrived 15 minutes before I had planned and they met me. Got back an called from passport control and they were there with my car. Slipped out of the airport in my own car long before any transit bus would have arrived to get me to a car park. Quite brilliant. Would always use them.

I received my courtesy phone call 20 minutes before arrival and I was able to update my arrival time from my SATNAV. On arrival at Terminal 1 the Park & Go rep was waiting which allowed me to get in to departures in less than 3 minutes from arriving. Unfortunately, about 1 hour later my flight was cancelled. I called Park and Go who informed me that my car would be returned to the terminal within 10 minutes. By the time I collected my bag and walked outside my car was there ready to go. An excellent service able to deal with changing circumstances. Well Done.

This time we used Park & Go from T3 Heathrow for a long weekend in Budapest. It was a truly excellent service. An unusual feature was the phone call spot on 30 minutes before we were due to arrive at Heathrow. The guys were extremely polite & helpful - we didn't feel rushed to get our cases out as so often happens. Please pass on our thanks to all involved. We shall use Park & Go again and again as long as the price remains competitive! Our group of four are all in their late sixties and this is the sort of service which removes so much stress!
