5 Star Meet and Greet Reviews

First time with this company and not sure that we would use it again. Title is misleading and it is not until you are part way through booking this service that it becomes obvious that it is not actually a Meet and Greet service, but Park it yourself and Go. We were flying from Heathrow T5 and on day of departure and we received a call from the Car Pack asking if we would be arriving on time which we thought was very good. On arrival we found that things were not as expected. Even though we had spoken to the person at the Car Park and told them the time of our arrival, there was no one there to meet us. Ended up searching around asking if anyone could tell us where the attendant for this company was. One of the attendants from a different company took pity on us and he eventually found our attendant stood in the middle of the parking area looking at his mobile phone - making no attempt to look for any new arrivals. Not something that we anticipated having to do and not something that we were altogether pleased with. To be fair, on our return the service was much better. We rang through on landing and when we reached the car park an attendant was stood beside our car waiting for us. We were given a ticket and drove straight out of the car park. A very disappointing experience especially when initially booking we actually wanted a traditional 'meet and greet' service. Our 'on arrival' experience left us wondering if the cost was worth it. There seemed to be very little difference between this and us actually parking our car ourselves and then making our way to the terminal.

Perfect service. There to collect hand back when we arrived. Could do nothing more!

The pick up was on time however we were very disappointed and frustrated about the organisation when we arrived at the airport. Having phoned you 30 minutes before arrival as requested by you, we got to the drop off point only to find we had to wait 15 minutes for the driver to arrive. Hopefully, if we use your services again in the future, this will not happen again.

As always I received good service especially as I was an hour early on arrival. Many thanks for a polite and friendly service. I have used this company several times this year and found them excellent each time. Good value also.

Just an excellent service from start to finish.

Poor service. On arrival, the car arrived very late. The driver did not help with the luggage and did not inspect the car with me. He said he was late to pick up the car so just shoved keys in my hand and vanished. I regularly use "Meet and Greet ". Easily the worst service.

Satisfactory. Contacted before arrival and met on time without any problems. Some confusion when we got back as we waited in the airport arrivals area, as instructed, only to find the driver waiting outside. We had to telephone again to find this out. The car also had a virtually flat tyre which had not been noticed before delivery.

Friendly, efficient and polite. I will use this whenever I fly from Heathrow. Reasonable price.

Always friendly and efficient. Can take a few minutes to deliver the car for pick up, but no problems.
