The drop off was a little slow and we had to wait for the driver to appear and collect the car and difficult to identify as he had no particular clothing or markings to easily identify him but collection was a dream and car was there when we arrived back as promised, overall a satisfactory experience. Park and Go was one of the cheaper options but service exceeded expectations based on price.

Drop off: Arrived to car park 55mins after I called them. I was waiting in car park 30mins. On drop off: Waited 15 mins longer than told. Communication terrible - children in background when talking to operator. On drop off and pick up other meet and greet staff kept asking me who I was waiting for - it was that obvious I was there a long time!

I would highly recommend this company. Not only were they the most competitive quote I got but they were efficient and very punctual. I had no waiting around for them at all. I was very impressed and will use them without hesitation in the future. Thank you.
