Aerodrome Meet and Greet Reviews

Very efficient. I particularly liked the suggestion of the driver to do a screenshot of our instructions upon landing back at Heathrow, as we lost all our papers yet had the details to fall back on.

I have used Aerodrome a number of times and they have always been good and prompt. On this occasion however although the drop off was fine I waited more than 30 minutes on my return for my car. No explanation was given!

Excellent service. At departing waited only 5-10 minutes. On Arrival waited only 10-15 minutes. Thanks a lot for making trip so comfortable.

Great service, great price ,cheaper than the train, saves a lot of hassle.

I phoned 30 mins prior to arriving at Heathrow T3 and we were immediately met with a driver from Aerodrome. He took pictures snd gave us the required paperwork. Excellent. On landing we phoned when we had cleared customs at 5.20pm and were told to ring again when we had collected our luggage. I informed them that we were hand luggage only, and they said to meet them at row B in 20 minutes. At 6.20pm the car had not arrived so I phoned again but got no answer. I found another number but again no reply. 10 minutes later our car arrived, I hour after calling them. The driver said that he was not aware that we had made the second call, to which I informed him that there was no need as we were hand luggage only and they had been informed of this.

The service was efficient my car was taken within 5 minutes of arrival at T5 Heathrow. The collection 1 week later was also efficient. I phoned twice as requested & my car arrived within 5/10 minutes. I will use Aerodrome meet & Greet again.

Aerodrome Meet & Greet made parking at Heathrow very easy! I was sceptical about meet and greet services but the staff were very helpful and my car was in the short stay car park as soon as we came out of the airport. No shuttle buses or hassle! I will definitely use them again.

Drop-off very smooth, however we had to wait almost 15mins on return despite calling at the required times. On return, the passenger seat had a load of rubbish and half eaten food on it. The driver claimed it was not his but it certainly wasn’t there when we left the car. Makes me question what they were using the car for. Wouldn’t use again for this reason.
