Reviewed on 30th October 2024The company is very efficient, even when I ended up on the wrong parking level, the operator kindly came down to my level. Our return, was delayed to the next day and I contacted them. I paid an extra £20 which seemed reasonable and on pick up I only had to wait just over 5 minutes for the car to arrive. Happily use Aerodrome Meet and Greet again and would recommend them.

Reviewed on 21st October 2024This is so quick & easy. Great price and this is now our go-to. We arrived at the airport (Heathrow) and called the number provided. Within 20 minutes the car was collected from us, the entry parking fee was paid for by the Aerodrome Meet & Greet driver and we were free to go inside the terminal. Upon return to Heathrow, we called the telephone number (twice as advised) and again within 20 minutes the car was delivered back to us. Again the parking fee was paid for by the Aerodrome Meet & Greet driver, while we packed the cases into the car, and off we set. This is so easy and convenient. We've now used this company twice and will continue to do so.
