Aerodrome Meet and Greet Reviews

Meet and Greet has always had a degree of uncertainty, but Aerodrome Meet & Greet booked through Park and Go has performed beautifully. Instructions are clear and understandable, even if you have to read them more than once, but the achievement of using the service is gratifying. Everything worked exactly as planned and we could not have had a better or more convenient method of leaving the car at Heathrow. The drivers were very pleasant, efficient and helpful. My return flight was changed and the central office took care of it with absolutely no hassle. It is a great company and I will always use them.

Everything was good and would have given 5 stars if they hadn’t disconnected my dash camera. I worry a little whenever they do this…

Efficient service, on pickup car arrived within 5 minutes. Service includes drop off and pickup parking costs.

The Heathrow drop off was quick and efficient but then we had an unexpected issue with the battery on our immobiliser fob. It needed changing but didn't realise this until we were through security. The driver phoned us and we were able to get our spare key and fob to him with the assistance of the really helpful security staff at Heathrow. Once the driver had the other immobiliser fob, he was able to start the car! On our return to Heathrow, the drop off was also quick and efficient and we were asked to pay the car parking charge on departure (but not the extra charge for the time it took to get the key fob to the driver). This was quite reasonable as it was our fault the battery in the immobiliser fob was flat. We have put a new battery in the spare immobiliser fob now! Thank you for averting a potentially huge car parking charge in the short-stay car park.

Use these guys all the time. On the current trip I had to come home 2 days early. I spoke with the team by phone and confirmed the change details on SMS..which they acknowledged. Get back to T5 and the change hasn't been communicated... There was also talk of having to pay a £25 surcharge for early return... The guys at T5 did a good job, wasn't their fault, but whoever does their admin really cocked up. Took an hour from landing to getting the car delivered. Just what you need ahead of a 3 hour drive home and M25 rush hour. Really, really unimpressed.

Used Aerodrome Meet & Greet a few times now and they are reliable in their service. Fast drop off, fast pick up, car was in great condition. The staff are always friendly and polite, too. I will continue to use them when I park at Heathrow.

The experience with Aerodrome Meet & Greet was great, they were there to greet us and no delays on the return. Would recommend them and definitely use them again.

Car took much longer than expected to collect on return- we waited about 40 minutes for the car to be delivered- it was also very dirty on collection. The driver was very apologetic and pleasant though. I would say it was good value but let down on this occasion by the longer waiting time and dirty vehicle.
