Aerodrome Meet and Greet Reviews

Car took much longer than expected to collect on return- we waited about 40 minutes for the car to be delivered- it was also very dirty on collection. The driver was very apologetic and pleasant though. I would say it was good value but let down on this occasion by the longer waiting time and dirty vehicle.

I have booked through Park and Go for more than 10 years now at multiple airports and always been satisfied with the booking. On this occasion at LHR T2, the drop off and collection was OK- the parking service provider staff were pleasant - Unfortunately on both occasions there was no-one at the desk and so I had to searching through the car park to find the attendant. Car was returned covered in well dried bird droppings , which took about 20minutes to remove back home. Not a bad value service but the attendant should really be waiting at the desk- It would be nice if the car was as clean at collection as it was at drop off.

Aerodrome /Terminals is always good, but this time, 25 minutes wait to get our car back after our flight home was an hour late, so only 4*

Drop-off worked very well but took almost 30 minutes from baggage pick up call to car delivery. Slowest part of return to the UK.

We were met promptly when we dropped off the car but the deliver of the car on our return took a while - it was 30 minutes between calling after getting our bags and the car being returned. However, overall, this was a good service and we would use it again.

All worked well as regards meeting and returning car. only minor gripe was that driver's foot carpet was fairly muddy. The company involved was Aerodrome as expected.

Service was great, just a bit of waiting time on the return (normal for xmas season), but would definitely use this company again.

On dropping off the car, the agent did not have any paperwork, therefore had to spend some time seeking confirmation that he was the agent for the parking provider, which I eventually received. On returning to pick up the car, very fast and efficient service. From phoning at the baggage reclaim, it took only15 minutes for the car to arrive.

I have used Aerodrome Meet and Greet several times at various Heathrow terminals, and have received excellent service at each. On this occasion I had no waiting either on meeting or collection, and I could not fault the drivers and efficiency of handover. I would have given a full five star rating except that somehow my car appeared covered in mud. The windscreen had been cleaned and I could drive off, but when I got home I could see how much dirt there was. I hope Park and Go will investigate. My car was immaculate when I handed it over.
