Short waits for the car to be picked up and for it to be delivered back, but well within acceptable times. The driver on our return had even noticed a slight loss of air in one tyre which he fully inflated.

I have never been to drop off or short stay at Heathrow before, it's a bit tricky at first but follow your sat nav and the signage and you will be fine. The next time I do it, it will be a lot easier as I will know what to expect. I would use this service again. CJ.
