An excellent service at Heathrow for T5. The sat nav took us straight to the place. We dropped the car off with only a short wait until we were collected. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. On return we were collected promptly and collection of our car was easy. A great service at a great price. I would recommend and I would use again.

Well organised and efficient system. Much more affordable than a lot of the other long stay car parks around the airport. Helpful staff Just make sure you give yourself enough time to get from the drop off point to the airport.

Excellent service. Price wise it was very reasonable for one week parking. User friendly website, staff very professional and pleasant and most importantly two very smooth park and ride experiences on departure and return journey. Will definitely use again and fully recommend to anyone flying from Heathrow.

Departure and transfer okay. Return and transfer not so. We were kept waiting outside Terminal 5 for 20 minutes despite being told mini bus on its way. We then had to complete further pick ups at T2 and T3. Transfer time i hour unacceptable. Car was covered in leaves and tyres covered in brown mud. Appeared to have been parked in a field. Evidence of brown mud on passengers side foot-well?

The drop off from car park to airport was excellent- I was dropped off in a car. On the return, the pick up was poor. I landed at 0730 hrs, cleared immigration and collected luggage at 0805 hrs, called form pick up vehicle, was told the vehicle would be there in 25 minutes. I was told to wait at the place where I was dropped off. Waited in cold, wind and rain- no sign of vehicle for 45 mins. Had to call again and was told there was van waiting for me. It was a white van with no logos on it and was parked in a different place to where I was dropped off. How was I supposed to know that this vehicle belonged to Air Parker. Poor service on return journey.

Had the same driver there and back, he was great. Chatted to me on the way there as I was the only passenger. Picked me up 5 minutes after I got through passport control, was a brilliant service.

Car park was fine and the staff extremely helpful and pleasant. The transfers were extremely quick and efficient. Unfortunately, I cannot give them a better rating, as the car is only a month old but on our return I discovered seeds, the sort used as snacks, on the back seat and mud on the rear offside mat on a seat which to date no one has ever sat on. It was obvious that someone had sat in the back and had a snack. I do not think the car had been taken out of the car park as I do have to keep a record of the mileage but I do not expect someone to use my car for eating. Will not use this company again, which is a shame as everything else was fine.
