Departure and transfer okay. Return and transfer not so. We were kept waiting outside Terminal 5 for 20 minutes despite being told mini bus on its way. We then had to complete further pick ups at T2 and T3. Transfer time i hour unacceptable. Car was covered in leaves and tyres covered in brown mud. Appeared to have been parked in a field. Evidence of brown mud on passengers side foot-well?

The drop off from car park to airport was excellent- I was dropped off in a car. On the return, the pick up was poor. I landed at 0730 hrs, cleared immigration and collected luggage at 0805 hrs, called form pick up vehicle, was told the vehicle would be there in 25 minutes. I was told to wait at the place where I was dropped off. Waited in cold, wind and rain- no sign of vehicle for 45 mins. Had to call again and was told there was van waiting for me. It was a white van with no logos on it and was parked in a different place to where I was dropped off. How was I supposed to know that this vehicle belonged to Air Parker. Poor service on return journey.
