meet & greet service was excellent and the cost was very reasonable.

The outbound meeting was fine. The return meeting on 15 March 2009 was complicated by the fact that the police had apparently required that all meeting and greeting should take place in Level 4 of the car park rather than on the departure level as expected. This was communicated by telephone without Drive Fly appreciating that the returning passenger cannot easily access the car park levels from the lifts available inside the terminal. It would have been better if we had been informed by e-mail.

This service was convenient and reliable. The service person was there with our car right away - we didn't have to wait at all. We are so pleased with the experience we are using them again in 2 days!

On arrival at Heathrow on our way out, the driver was waiting at the agreed place. The handover was quick and very well mannered and friendly. On arriving back at Heathrow, the driver rang when we had just cleared custom's. He told us where to meet him and by the time we got to the meeting point, he was already there. It was a first class service from start to finish. Will recommend Drive Fly Meet to anyone and will use everytime we fly from any airport the company provide this service. For anyone thinking of using this company. Don't think about it anymore, just get it booked, relax and enjoy this professional service.

Excellent service. Easy drop off and pick up outside T5. Just give them a call 45 mins before you arrive and someone will be there to meet you.

I was very impressed with your meet and greet parking service at terminal 5. I received a call before I arrived to check I was on time. The driver was there within 2 minutes of me arriving and he was also there as soon as I arrived back with no waiting time at all. I would definitely recommend this service in future.
