Drop off seamless. Pick up was a bit a problem as i arrived back in the UK one week early. I called your offices 24 hours before arriving back at heathrow to arrange for the car to be pluued out of the lot earlier. On my arrival the following day, clearly my message from the previous day,had not been passed on and i had to wait 45 minutes for my car to be retrieved from the pound and delivered to Term 3. Otherwise No problems, pleasant staff, and will use agin.

Generally very good value and experience. Only draw back was having to wait 15 min in car park even after having called from picking up luggage.
