A very prompt and efficient service at LHR T5. I even received a call in advance to confirm my arrival time which allowed me to flex my arrangements slightly. The only comment I would make is that when I spoke to DriveFly on the phone I was told to "go to level 4" at the car park. When I got there there was no level 4 - I should have taken the Fast Track lane (which was stated on the documentation)but I followed the verbal insrtuctions. That made me a bit concerned that I would be charged for entering the short term car park but I wasn't and everything went smoothly. My car was brought back promptly and in good condition.

The general service of the car park was good, however we did not appreciate seeing our vehicle being driven at break neck speed into the terminal, whilst waiting for its return! When the driver was challenged his excuse was he had to drive it like that! We most certainly didn't agree.

Good service and would use again. Picked up car pretty much on time at Heathrow and was very good on return as our flight was delayed 2.5 hours. Impressed when phoning that I was instantly recognised and called by name.

Pretty efficient although due to the early arrival of my flight on August 25 I had to wait around 10 minutes. One minor problem arose with the front nose spoiler on the Astra becoming slightly separated, possibly due to it rubbing against a traffic calming speed hump when the driver was either collecting or delivering it. But it was easily fixed by me. Generally good service and price competitive.

Very efficent service - meet and greet service was actually at terminal 3 to take car when we arrived and collected us 7 mins after returning and collecting luggage from terminal. Could add complimentary car wash as finishing touch.

Attendant was on time to receive and deliver my car. I misplaced my ticket on returning to the UK and it was difficult to contact the company on the number put on booking voucher. I had to call the mobile used by the attendant to contact me to be sure I was on time to drop. Extremely helpful though once I got through on phone

Drop off seamless. Pick up was a bit a problem as i arrived back in the UK one week early. I called your offices 24 hours before arriving back at heathrow to arrange for the car to be pluued out of the lot earlier. On my arrival the following day, clearly my message from the previous day,had not been passed on and i had to wait 45 minutes for my car to be retrieved from the pound and delivered to Term 3. Otherwise No problems, pleasant staff, and will use agin.

Drive Fly was simple, easy, effective and good value for money. On the way home from landing to leaving LHR was 30 minutes, Drive Fly were there waiting for me and the process could not have been any easier. Highly recommended.
