A first class service without the hassle of trying to find a parking spot and then transfer to the terminal. Great value for money.

First time used and have to say very good service. Flight delayed which moved drop off time on the morning of departure by 3 hours and was accommodated without any fuss or charges. Car picked up quickly and same trouble free experience when we returned. Flight 30 mins late landing and as soon as we had our baggage phoned and were told 10 mins to deliver the car which was ample time to get to the car park. No problems with the car and would recommend and use again.

Time is super important to me and on my first occasion of using the company, they were waiting for me for drop off and again when I picked up - exactly what I wanted.

This was the first time I have used a meet and greet service and I checked some reviews online and decided to book with Edward Lloyd. We telephoned when we were 10 minutes away from the terminal and the directions to the meeting point were clear and very easy to find. Our driver was waiting for us and was very polite took a few details and we were off. On returned we telephoned as we left arrivals and as we arrived at the meeting point as our car pulled up, again the driver was very polite and even helped us to load up our luggage. This was a fantastic service at a great price, i would certainly recommend and I will be using again.
