Appalling service. Damaged the suspension on my car with their reckless driving (leaving me with an expensive repair bill). Failed to take any responsibility for this. Do not use.

Very good on drop off but no paperwork given. Pickup had to wait 3/4 hour in cold for delivery.

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience using Edward Lloyd. I was attracted by the free car wash - which was fine. However, collection of my car took 4 phone calls from me and a wait of 43 minutes - it would have been quicker to park in the long stay! They were very apologetic but I was particularly not impressed by their lack of willingness to do anything in response to my complaint. After making a further official complaint via Park & Go, I received a partial refund.

Will definately use again . Drop off and pick up was as they say ,Effortless. On return , I called once I was through customs and the car was at the meeting point when we arrived . They even gave the car a wash !

We were greeted by a friendly helpful guy. He unpacked the boot for us and then we inspected the car before he directed us to the lifts. On our return, after a quick call as we left Passport control, the car was waiting for us, claen and ready to go; another friendly and helpful guy. The service was excellent and for the price, real value for money! would recommend without hesitation!

I stood and waited for 25 minutes waiting for a member of staff to come and collect my car. I was worried that I was going to miss check-in for my flight. I called them 4 times and each time was assured the person was already there waiting for me or that they were on their way. I would not recommend this company due to the stress they caused me when I realised there was not much I could do if they didn't show up. When they finally arrived, everything went smoothly with both drop off and pickup.

Excellent. Good communication. Well presented, friendly and professional. Timing was spot on and location for drop off and collection no problems. Many thanks just what was needed after a long 12hr flight !
