Slight hiccough at the start due to me being very early swiftly sorted and brilliant re-delivery on return. As usual.

We have used Park and Go on several, occasions and have always found them very helpful, efficient, and competitively priced. On our latest holiday we flew from Heathrow but returned to Gatwick. We were met exactly on time at Heathrow, and our car was brought on time to Gatwick. Without doubt we will use Park and Go again.

Driver at T3 was 30 minutes late to collect the car despite having informed them twice about our arrival time. Uncomfortable wait in front of the terminal building and the dispatch handler refusing to pick up our phone when we called back several times. Eventually the driver turned up and collecting the car upon arrival was smooth. Disappointing from what is normally a smooth service.

So easy to park, have someone collect your keys and go. First time I used the service but can highly recommend. Especially on the journey back after a long flight to just collect/go with no worries about car parking charges or catching buses... Thank you

Quick and efficient both on departure and again at arrival (LHR T5). Will definitely use again.
