Pick up from airport worked fine. Drop off - I had to phone twice and ended up waiting nearly half an hour before the guy turned up to pick up the car, thus negating the whole advantage of using this service. You get what you pay for I guess and not sure I would use again unless they were significantly cheaper than the competition.

Great service. I was a little sceptical at first, hearing horror stories about these types of service. But had a great experience. They were there to pick yo he car within minutes, even though traffic was awful. On my return they called twice to check in and were waiting in the car park when I arrived. Nice guys too. Would use again

A first class service without the hassle of trying to find a parking spot and then transfer to the terminal. Great value for money.

First time used and have to say very good service. Flight delayed which moved drop off time on the morning of departure by 3 hours and was accommodated without any fuss or charges. Car picked up quickly and same trouble free experience when we returned. Flight 30 mins late landing and as soon as we had our baggage phoned and were told 10 mins to deliver the car which was ample time to get to the car park. No problems with the car and would recommend and use again.

Time is super important to me and on my first occasion of using the company, they were waiting for me for drop off and again when I picked up - exactly what I wanted.

I have used Park and Go a lot and will continue to do so because every time they are promt, efficient, helpful and polite. The service is convenient and good value for money.

Very good on drop off but no paperwork given. Pickup had to wait 3/4 hour in cold for delivery.
