Had to wait when dropping off the car, despite ringing on way to Airport to confirm arrival time. Didn't get a call 20 mins prior to arrival time as per the confirmation documentation. Had to wait for 20 mins for car return on arrival back at Airport. Car was returned nice and clean which was a positive.

Outbound journey was no problem, however I had to wait 40 mins for the car on the way in - too long!

I have used Edward Lloyd numerous times and am generally happy with the service it is quick and reliable. The only thing that annoys me is on the advert it says your car will be washed if it is a 10day stay or more and my stay was over 10days my car clearly wasn’t washed and when I asked the delivery driver about it it he just said it was and tried to move on. So out of principle I will not be using them in the future as I don’t like being lied to which is a shame.

On the face of it a very efficient service at a very good price. However I am very concerned that after the car was returned my trip computer showed 38 miles and 2 hours use during the 3 weeks it was at LHR. However I do not know where their depot is.

The driver was 15 minutes late for the departure flight despite the controller having phoned me to confirm that I would be on time. I had to drive around the block at terminal 3 until he arrived as the parking attendant moved me on. On return there was no answer on either of the numbers at first so I had already collected my luggage and cleared customs by the time I eventually got through and so had to wait 10 minutes for the car to be delivered.

When we arrived at heathrow the collection was fine. All on time. Wonderful. When we came back my wife came out the airport first to collect the car and was told it would be 'right outside' Of course it is not. when you come back you have to go to the 4th floor. I know this sounds simple but when you haven't had any sleep and are told the car will be outside it's very confusing. My wife eventually found the car on the 4th floor but she had our only phone and when I came out I couldn't find her. I too thought it was supposed to be right outside and wondered where she was. 30 minutes later we found each other. The car had been parked all this time and the police were getting very edgy. 'Right outside' is for departures, not arrivals. could you please make this clear in future.

The experience started well when they phoned me an hour before I was due to be at the airport to enquire if my arrival time was still scheduled as booked, which it was. I phoned 10 minutes before arrival to confirm I would be at the termnal 5 minutes early. I had to ring twice whilst at the terminal and they eventually arrived 10 minutes late (after scheduled time) so I had to wait about 15 minutes in the cold keeping the parking attendants at bay. Part of the deal was a free car wash/valet, which didn't happen and the car was returned in a dirtier condition then when I left it!

I arrived early at the airport (no traffic hold-ups on the M4 - unbelievable !) and after phoning for instructions I was told not to enter car park for 10-15 mins to allow collection driver to attend. I was also informed that they had tried to make the customary 'confirmation' phone but didn't get through. I waited 15 mins before entering car park and then a further 10 mins before the driver arrived. Upon return to UK I cleared Customs and Immigration to be told driver would deliver car in 10-15 mins, it was 1/2 hour ! I use Meet and Greet to avoid waiting around airports for a bus to take me to off-airport parking. More timeliness is needed.

Although the gentleman who collected and returned my vehicle was very polite and well mannered, I was dissapointed that when I telephoned to inform Edward Lloyd that I was ready to collect my vehicle, it took almost an hour for the vehicle to arrive. It would have been quicker to use the normal park and ride service which was available at Heathrow Airport. Unfortunatly, this may deter me from using this service again. Thank you.

Disappointed with drop off and pick up. The driver was late by over 50 minutes to collect the car on departure with an excuse of puncture. I had to constantly call them to get updates. This created unnecessary anxiety for checking in with the airline. I could have even missed my flight. It took over 40 minutes to deliver the car on return from holiday and no excuse, just an apology.
