Edward Lloyd Meet and Greet Reviews

This is the 2nd time I have used this service and both times I have received excellent customer service and my car was picked up and returned on time. Using this service makes life so much easier when normally I am completely stressed at having to park and ride with a heavy suitcase. I have recommended this service to anyone I know who is going to the airport. I will use again (as soon as I can afford another holiday!.Thank you

Perfect service, with prompt calls and texts. The drivers were prompt and courteous, too. I would certainly use this service again

I was very pleased with the service. The main thing for me was that after a long flight home I did not have to wait a long time for the car to be delivered back to me. Would use again.

Dissapointed. Having previously been impressed with E-L, I waited for 15mins for drop off and 25 for pick up, despite being on time. Car had also not received the promised complimentary hand-wash. It was "still in the queue" at 0720 and I was offered the opportunity of waiting whilst it was washed... No apology. Sorry Edward Lloyd, you've got to better than that to get my return custom...

I always use Edward Lloyd Meet & greet when flying from Heathrow T1,2&3. They are great value for money. I have used the service probably 20 times and only once has my car been late in the return process.(Due to delivering the wrong car)

Used Meet & Greet regularly in the last year. Great service and ease of use. Sadly on last visit, car returned with slight scrape damage.

Great service - waiting to meet us on arrival and the car arrived quickly when we telephoned them on our return.

I would certainly recommend The meet and greet services provided by EDward LLloyd ther were very helpful on time for both pick up and collect in fact I was. 45 mins early for dropping my car off andthey were more than accommodating and were waiting for me at T5 heathrow I also used their car valet service which was very reasonable overall a great service. Thank you !!!

very good service as last year, however had to wait 15/20 mins for car return and same as last year car was NOT washed as per advert
