Reviewed on 14th September 2009The service was not bad and I shall use it again. Instructions were to call Edward Lloyd *after* picking up luggage, but this meant a 20 minute delay waiting for the car to be delivered.

Reviewed on 25th August 2009Great pricing and prompt too. However, make sure you keep the docket that marks the damage on your car. When we got the car back there were some new scratches on it and they had been marked on their docket in blue biro (as opposed to the carbon copy ink showing through) so i was very suspicious but I couldn't find my copy. I got home and did find it and discovered that I was right and they had indeed scrathed the car and added the marks on their docket in my absence. The car already has a copule of scratches at the back that need repainting so i'm not taking it further but i'm pretty angry that they were so underhand about it.

Reviewed on 22nd May 2009I am afraid that I can only give a medium mark as the gentleman who met us at Heathrow was a bit late. I was told that I would recieve a clean up of the car, which was not very good. The only thing I can say is that when we arrived back from Holiday the car was waiting for us very promptly and the staff were very polite.

Reviewed on 24th February 2009V.good outbound with driver waiting. But 35 mins wait inbound as "previous passenger had lost their luggage". Would have expected more than one driver available.
