Great Service all the way along, even with me leaving from one terminal and returning to another. The phone was picked up quickly and answered by a sensible and clear man who was very helpful in ensuring that i had all the information i needed. Car was also washed whilst with Edward Lloyd which was great. Return of vehicle was good too and the young man was very courteous and pleasant. thanks for a good service - i will use you again!

Can't honestly give this 5 stars because this was my first time using this service and I found it quite stressful for the following reasons. 1 - Their drivers are supposed to call you 20-30 minutes before your arrival time. I got a call 1 hour before whilst I was driving and the person on the other end of the line had such a strong Indian accent I couldn't understand what he was saying and had to ask him several times to speak more slowly, for which he interpreted that as just add a pause then carry on speaking fast. Extremely distracting whilst you're driving. 2 - I called them when I got within 10 minutes and had the same communication problem. 3 - When I got to Terminal 3 I had to call them again and the driver was less than 50 feet away from me - I would have thought they would be looking out for the car and make it easier to meet. 4 - On return, I called them when I had my suitcase and they said they would be 10 minutes. 20 minutes later they turned up. 5 - When I got home I noticed the driver had left a bunch of paperwork on my back seat so the other people dropping off or picking up after me probably had some difficulties. Summing up, the service does work and is cheaper than pre-booking business parking but the stress factor for me means I will probably not use this service again unless they improve their communication skills and give these drivers elocution lessons so that you can actually understand them. Nice try but no cigar!

A very good service. No problems at all. Received a phone call when we were about 20 minutes from Heathrow and the guy was waiting for us at the terminal. Again when we came home the car was there within 5 minutes of us walking out of the terminal. Would definitely recommend the service and would use it again. Great price too

Good service and fairly prompt pick up but on return it would have been useful to know where on level 4 to meet the driver as there was no mention of Row L until I rang back to enquire where to meet him. Once found it made sense as there was a whole area reserved for Meet & Greet, so at least I will know next time, yes I would use Edward Lloyd again.

we found this a very good way to park the car as all we had to do was arrive at terminal and the car was taken off us and waiting when we returned also it was hand washed. we will do this again when flying

Disappointed with drop off and pick up. The driver was late by over 50 minutes to collect the car on departure with an excuse of puncture. I had to constantly call them to get updates. This created unnecessary anxiety for checking in with the airline. I could have even missed my flight. It took over 40 minutes to deliver the car on return from holiday and no excuse, just an apology.
