Edward Lloyd Meet and Greet Reviews

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience using Edward Lloyd. I was attracted by the free car wash - which was fine. However, collection of my car took 4 phone calls from me and a wait of 43 minutes - it would have been quicker to park in the long stay! They were very apologetic but I was particularly not impressed by their lack of willingness to do anything in response to my complaint. After making a further official complaint via Park & Go, I received a partial refund.

Very good and efficient service. We were met on time and the airport and the car was waiting for us as soon as we arrive at Heathrow. Everything worked very well and I would definitely use again.

This is the first time I used meet and greet and anxious about it. Staff were courteous and waited for me even though I was running half an hour late. On return journey, I received a call while I was collecting the baggage! Very pleased with the service.

I was a bit cautious in booking a meet and greet as my last experience was horrible but I would book this service again thay did what they said they would do, they were true to their word I would use this service again without hesitation. thank you for a really good experience of meet and greet parking

very pleased with the service - easy to use & efficient both on departure & arrival. Infact car was waiting for us when we came out on arrival, despite being delayed. Good value too. I will certainly use Edward Lloyd again.

First class service.We arrived at Terminal 5 having left from Terminal 3,however despite our concerns this did not effect the normal excellent service.We arrived back with a clean car waiting for us
