Brilliant, I arrived early, phoned and within a minute someone was there to greet me. On my return the car was waiting outside ready to handover to me. I couldn't have wished for a better serive.

Excellent service and very good value for money. We arrived at Heathrow Terminal 5 half an hour earlier than expected so I telephoned Edward Lloyd to inform them. On our arrival, a very courteous young man was there to meet us. On our return, as soon as we landed, Edward Lloyd rang us to say the car was waiting for us on the 4th floor car park. The young man was very polite and assisted us with loading the luggage. I was extremely impressed with the efficiency of the service and would definitely use Edward Lloyd again and would be happy to recommend it to anyone.
