Overall a dissapointing first experience. I made several calls advising of our eta at H'Row on 18/12/09 as we were likely to be slightly earlier than originally agreed (bad snow so we wanted to make sure we arrived with plenty of time). A couple of attempts went to mobile voicemail but eventually we agreed a revised meeting time. Even so, i ended up waiting 20 minutes and making 4 calls each time being told "he's 2 minutes away". I had to get cross and say stop the lies, tell me the truth. Anyway, once he arrived the handover was fine and he asked if I wanted the "free car wash" to which I said yes. We returned on 4/1/10 as planned to find the car waiting which was good but the car hadn't been washed because "the water's been frozen" Lame excuse in my book. All in all a dissapointing experience which didn't live up to 2 of its promises.

First class service, driver was with us after two minutes on arrival, despite us being 20 mins early, and when we returned the car was readt and waiting outside with the heaters on for a cold january morning, would recommend to anyone wanting a good value premium service at Heathrow

Service was excellent. A representative rang us 30 minutes before agreed meeting time. They coped well with the M25 delays we encountered, and were waiting for us when we arrived at the airport. Similarly on our return, the flight was delayed which didnt cause the meet and greet any problems, they kept in touch again, and the car was waiting when we left the airport building. I will definately use again, and would recommend the service without hesitation

Excellent drop off couldn't have been easier. We were delayed back by 1 day, when we arrived we had to wait 1 hour for our car, because of the delay we didn't have to pay for the extra day. All in all v.good service.

Second time I have used this company. Great service were there promptly on departure and again on arrival with no waiting around. Makes travelling less stressful.
