Absolutely brilliant - I could not recommend them higher. they rang me on the way to check my time and were there within minutes when i arrived. on my return my car would not start and they we so helpful it was not at all traumatic - even after a 24 hour flight. I would definitely use them again and am recommending them to all my friends.

Excellent service. We actually arrived at Heathrow early but Edward Lloyd were able to accommodate us straight away after a quick phone call. Brilliant service and a clean car too! Price was only a few pounds more than an off-site service so well worth the extra. Highly recommended.

Good service will use again, Car parking area could be better lite-safer for single women and more clearly signed. Internal Valet should be offered at extra cost.

This is the first time we have used a valet parking service and the experience was fantastic. As promised half an hour before our estimated arrival at T5 we received a phone call to check our ETA and were met at the airport by a very polite and friendly repesentative at the agreed time. On return the car was waiting for us all clean and washed and another friendly representative greeted us with our car keys. I would highly recommend this service and will definitely use them again.

We were telephoned by Edward Lloyd driver about 1/2 hour before wqe were due to arrive at Heathrow Terminal 3, to confirm that we would be on time, and to make sure that we had the correct directions etc. Arrived at the meeting point and the driver waved us straight over, as soon as we entered the parking lane. On our return we telephoned when we had collected our luggage, and the car was waiting for us outside- washed and clean. Was a bit dubious about this type of service, as we had never used it before, but we were delighted with Edward Lloyd, would recommend their service to every one, and will certainly use them again. Couldn't recommend these guys highly enough. They provide a first class service.

Pleasant service with free car clean. Courteous driver. Some delay in dropping off car (we had arrived earlier than planned) but pick up was no problem.

Despite taking the wrong turning at Heathrow terminal 5 they still found me in a few minutes. On my return the car was waiting for me and had a swift journey back on to the M25. Excellent, polite and speedy, I highly recommend this service from my experience and will definately use their service again
