Good fast profesional service Phoned them from the baggage hall. My car came along as i got to the meeting point will use next time, thanks very much.

I can thoroughly recommend Meet and Greet. The driver rang me half an hour before our arrival at LHR. He helped us with the cases and with no fuss and minimal paperwork took our car. On our return we rang as soon as we collected our cases and the car and driver was waiting for us. Both drivers were professional and very polite. I’m definitely going to use them again and recommend them to all my friends. A big THANK YOU TO Meet and Greet!

Excellent value & service. Could not fault them. They rang 1 hour before meeting time which I rearranged for an earlier time - they were there waiting, inspected the car, recorded the mileage & were there outside T5 on our return - even helped to load our luggage & paid for the ticket out of the short term car park. Cannot fault them & will use them again whenever we travel from Heathrow.

Edward Lloyd were the most competitive on price for the service offered. I booked them with 24 hours to go before I had to travel. Their emails & parking vouchers were sent through promptly and efficiently and any queries I had, were timely answered. I had no worries when it came to drop the car off. Morning of our travel to the airport there was a prompt phonecall from Edward Lloyd to reconfirm that all timings were on track. On arrival they were easily visible at the drop off area and promptly attended all necessary paperwork and even helped me with my bags. On my return they were very patient as it took almost an hour for me get out. They were on time and easy to find. A service very much appreciated and great value for money. Thank you!!!

No problems here. When you have a two year old, Meet and Greet is perfect. We pulled up to the front of the Terminal and a memeber of staff from Edward Lloyd was waiting for us after helping unload the car we were off on holiday. When we got back as promised one phone call when we had collected our bags and our car was waiting for a quick getaway to recover from the jetlag! First Class Service that was value for money. Will use this company again.
