Excellent service, turned up on time, was easy handover and they even washed my car for me! Also waited while my luggage was AGES in coming through so I didn't have to stand in the rain! Claire

Outstanding - this is the benchmark for others to follow. I was late arriving (M25!)on my way out and they kept in touch with me to ensure they were ready when I did arrive - note they called me, I didn't have to call them. Same service when I got back to the UK, after my arrival phone call, they rang me to tell me status, car was outside the terminal before I got there. They washed it too. Excellent service, tremendous value.

Used them for the second time in 6 weeks and, as with the first occasion, their driver was there even before the designated drop-off time and waiting for me when I arrived. Excellent service.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. I managed to make a mistake and book wrong terminal when I made booking, but when I called and explained, they were great, and just changed my booking. I got my curtesy call as promised, and was met exactly where I was told in Terminal 5. When I arrived back to airport, I called but driver was already en route as delayed flight time had been monitored and they had noted that I only had hand luggage. Also, my car was sparkling and clean. A great experience, I will recommend company to everyone. Thank you.

Rav, the gentleman who greeted me was absolutely fantastic. I got lost on the way to T5 and he talked me through the directions by staying on the phone until I met him. He was totally professional, extremely kind and made me departure less stressful. I would never use another company now other than Park and Go. Thanks.

As per normal professional courtious service. Arrived at LHR and they were there already, assisted with bags from the car. On arrival back at LHR again they were there before me with a clean car. Best meet and greet I have used.

A wonderful convenient service, we have an elderly relative and to drive to the Terminal and have the car brought back cleaned and at the Terminal Exit made our journey extremely painless.
