We were greeted at the airport promptly, when we arrived back I got a call from the driver while I was getting the luggage, he was already at the agreed meeting point waiting for us. This was a bonus as it was very late in the evening and it allowed me to get on with my journey home straight away. Fantastic service, friendly staff, excellent value for money, I look forward to using them again.

The service provided was of the highest quality. We were met by a smart, articulate and friendly driver who completed the paperwork in an efficient and speedy manner. On our return the car was waiting for us and the driver could not do enough to help us. I would recommend the service to anyone and we will certainly use Edward Lloyd Meet & Greet in the future.

Excellent service, and price. The driver was at Heathrow departures five minutes after I arrived (due to me being late!) and was waiting for me outside the arrivals hall when i arrived. Great service. Thanks

I was very pleased with the service. I received a call 30 minutes before my estimated drop of time as promised and the representative was there to meet me when I arrived. When I returned to Heathrow my car was waiting for me again as promised. Edward Lloyd did exactly what they said they would - I plan to use the service again in the future.
