Reviewed on 20th September 2009Excellent service! We arrived early but the company were happy to change the meeting time. The telephone contact at Edward Lloyd and the driver who met us were both friendly and helpful. An equally good service on our return. We will definitely use the company again.

Reviewed on 20th September 2009Highly recommend. Arrived at Heathrow an hour before I had planned but on phoning they sent someone out straight away, did a good check of the car. On return again we were early and phoned from baggage hall and they sent a driver within ten minutes. Very pleasant guy who helped with bags, validated the exit ticket etc. Can't fault them and would use again without a doubt

Reviewed on 19th September 2009This was the second time I used Edward Lloyd - the first time no problems, but this time I had to wait 25 minutes for them to collect the car from Heathrow terminal 1 - travelling with 2 small children meant this turned into a nightmare very quickly. Repeated phone calls were responded to with "the driver is 2 minutes away" and this went on for 20 minutes. Very frustrating and I will not be using their service again.

Reviewed on 18th September 2009So far Edward Lloyd has been the most efficient service we have used, having used quite a few. They were there when we arrived at the airport (the only people to ring us before we got to airport) and on our return they arrived as we exited the terminal to pick the car up. We would recommend Edward Lloyd no problem.

Reviewed on 17th September 2009I arrived back early and hadnt notified them (due to a problem i had) and my car was with me in 7 minutes. Very friendly and helpful, will never use a normal car park again!
