Our second time of using Edward Lloyd's 'Meet & Greet' service and it is truly excellent. We shall continue using them.

I would DEFINITELY do this again. It was a fantastic and friendly service - especially after landing. I was a little nervous when we arrived at the airport because we hadn't had any re-confirmation after the initial booking. So one suggestion might be a text msg the night before to confirm the meeting. The driver was a tiny bit late (10 mins), but the dispatcher kept me informed. And because of the lateness, I got a free car wash. Overall, a great experience.

The service was good collected car on time, returned it on time even though we were two hrs late, down side car was returned covered in a THICK layer of gravel dust that got into everything causing me about two hrs work at home to clean all the dust of the car and around the door shuts. Apart from that good service.

We used Edward Lloyd Meet & Greet for the 1st time on our recent trip from T5 to USA. Having always used the airport "Park & Bus in" service we were a little sceptical, especially at such a reasonable price. We need not have worried. Your service was 1st class from start to finish. We were an hour late arriving due to traffic, but spoke to your office several times, who were very understanding. Your Driver was there to greet us with a smile, even helping to unload cases. On our return we were called whilst in the baggage hall to say the Driver had returned with the car. He was at the exact spot where we had dropped off, so no confusion finding him (which was very helpful after a long night flight!) We were greeted with another smile & a warm car. We will definitely use your services again & recommend you anyone we know flying from Heathrow. Top service...Thank you very much.

Top notch. Visiting from Australia with hire car, and sudden short trip to Europe required: they were great. No fuss, very efficient, pleasant, and reasonably priced. Highly recommended.
