Easy to book, great value for money and excellent communication (FastPark called me an hour ahead of drop off and as soon as I’d disembarked the plane), so someone was waiting for me both when I dropped off the car and picked it up. Instructions for drop off and collection are very clear. I will absolutely be using this service a lot more going forwards given how smooth and stress-free it was.

Fantastic service from the guys whilst I left my car with FastPark Heathrow Meet and Greet at Terminal 5. Received courtesy calls both en route to drop off and on return at the baggage carousel and my car was waiting for me when I got to the short stay pick up point. Well done guys - I’ll certainly use you again.

I made a mistake on my departure time and they could not have been more accommodating. Then arriving back and answering my call by saying…”welcome back Mrs Brown did you have a good trip” was just the nicest way of being greeted ever! The car took a tiny bit longer - than expected to return but in fairness he did say 10-15 minutes after I collected my luggage and he was the nicest most polite man. A wonderful experience! Thank you!

Fantastic service. Called us to check arrival time. Meet at hand over car without waiting. Very friendly when we explained that we missed flights and need to confirm new arrival time next day. No issues at all and car was with us 15 minutes after call at arrival and no extra charge. What a delight after the nightmare we had with missed flights. - THANK YOU!

Great rates and easy to book parking using their online platform. They called while driving to Heathrow to ask if I would arrive on-time and called again when I landed at Heathrow and they had my car ready to collect. Great experience booking through Park & Go and will use Fast Park Meet & Greet in the future.

Booked at Terminal 5. Received a courtesy call on our way. Driver was ready and met us for our drop off. On our return we received a courtesy call after landing and our driver was ready with our vehicle when we reached the car park. Everyone we dealt with was helpful, efficient and professional. When we arrived at the airport our car was collected and then it was returned within 15 minutes of arriving at the pickup point. The service was very good. We will use their services in our future holidays too.

Highly recommended, drop off was quick and my car was ready and waiting upon my return. I had a slow puncture, only spotted at drop off and the communications and levels of reassurance whilst I was away was exemplary. They put air in the tyre and offered to get it repaired in my absence which fortunately wasn’t necessary in the end but removed a lot of potential stress and anxiety. Will definitely use again.

Great company. They were already waiting to get the car when we arrived and even called as we landed to check we were on schedule (very helpful as I was unsuccessfully searching for the contact number to call them at the time). Car ready when we got to the pick up point. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend.
