Reviewed on 1st October 2013The service while booking through park and go was excellent, and finding Purple parking was easy and was very close to the airport, however on arrival several buses came and went to Heathrow terminals 1,2,3 and 5 but none to 4 when we asked when one would go to Term 4 or if we could get on 1 of the others we were told it was on its way and no the others wont go there, we where the only 2 people there going to Term 4 so im guessing thats why, i would estimate it was around 20 mins wait until we finally got picked up. The return journey was just as bad there was a bus waiting when we arrived but wouldn't take us as we booked for business and they were for normal and our bus took almost 1 hour to turn up after having made several calls to the office asking where it was and every time being told it was 5 mins away. Overall not a great experience and not sure if i would use them again or if would recommend them either

Drivers had previously been more helpful with luggage - this time they both stood back and let my wife struggle with hers while I was putting mine in the trailer. Car was clearly parked on roof level and was returned with a coating of jet-fuel exhaust on windscreen, but this happens in the perimeter car parks as well.
