I would not use this service again. The lady on the desk as you arrive was polite and helpful but the two drivers I had didn't speak apart from a couple of mumbles. Then when we got back to Heathrow we had to wait ages for the bus to pick us up.

Very good very efficient.

Good 20 minutes from airport but good connections and good service on way out as run everyone 10 minutes. Rang number when plane landed and again minibus came within 15/20 minutes. Works definitely use these again.

Easy to find and park up. No probs. However, on returning to my car, I found it in left in 1st gear and handbrake completely off. This is NOT the way a car should ever be parked, let alone for 6 days. Will probably not use again due to this. If this had not happened, it would have got 4.

Pick up on return flight was yet again poor. 40 minutes waiting and saw 2 buses go past us at Terminal 3.

Getting there was ok and you parked the car right next to the bus. Coming back was a different story. I tried for over 30 minutes to get through and it was constantly engaged. I walked to the bus stop and luckily there was a couple already waiting. They had already been there over 10mins and was told the bus was on the way. I wouldn't use them again.

Polite, efficient, no time wasted. You were there exactly when needed.

Car park is some way from the Terminal but customers are handled in the most professional and organised manner so the distance is not an issue, would have scored Purple Parking 5 if it was not for the nightmare of the short journey back to the Motorway after a 9 hour flight.

Easy to find, good transfer service and really well organised. I would definitely use purple parking again.

Generally a very positive experience. Staff polite and helpful. The journey from the airport back to Purple Parking was a little fast.
