Reviewed on 4th February 2009On arrival back at T5 it took 30 minutes for the courtesy bus to arrive. It then took in excess of 30 minutes to arrive back at the car park using a residential route which was gridlocked. No a satisfactory experience as it was my first occasion using your company.

Reviewed on 22nd January 2009I did not realise that your car park was located so far from the airport. Got stuck in traffic jam after coming off M4 on exit road and going through housing estate. Your website says that the transfer takes between 10 and 15 minutes, again, it took much longer than that to get to Terminal 5 and as a result I missed my flight and had to pay extra to get rebooked. On my return it took longer than other companies for the shuttle bus to arrive. Car park poorly lit. Staff not the friendliest. Would not use purple parking again.
