Purple Parking Reviews

We arrived and parked easily. We were then taken to Terminal four after a short wait. On return our bags were delayed by 21/2 hours but no problem and we were collected once we had received our hold luggage bags. We were driven to our car in the parking lot so did not have to carry our heavy bags.

Brilliant service as always.

Excellent service. So easy to drive yourself to 'Purple Parking' and let them do the rest. Also it is so inexpensive.

Pros: Your driver who returned us from Heathrow terminal 4 to your car park at 11 am on May 29 is the tops! He drove us right to our car and helped us load the bags. Cons: Not many. Your Hayes car park is a bit hard to find.

Very smooth and easy. Also pricewise was brilliant. Will definitely use Purple parking again. The carpark is easy to drive to and from and the delivery back to the car after a long long flight was great. Thanks.

Really good and organised service. Slick, and felt confident leaving vehicle in the care of Purple Parking while going abroad. Site is a small way away from the airport which is no bother except when travelling in rush hour, because it took us longer than the normal time to get between the site and Heathrow. But that wouldn't prevent me from booking with them again.
