Excellent service. Car was waiting for us when just got off of a 10 hour flight which was super impressive as have had to wait with previous companies. Courteous guys both checking car in and out. Definitely use again.

Had to wait in excess of 25 minutes for pickup removing advantage of meet and greet. From look of car mats the car was parked somewhere fairly muddy!

The leaving of our car at Terminal 3, Heathrow was 100% fine. The collection two weeks later was worrying. On phoning Terminal Parking we were told the car was already at Terminal 3 and the driver would be there in about 20 minutes. Somewhat confused we made our way to the pick-up point to find our car there as indicated by the operator at Terminal Parking. However, there was no driver, a window had been left open and the car insecure. We phoned again to be told the driver was on his way. Twenty minutes later he arrived. There was no excuse or reason why the car was left there. I find this totally inexcusable and the first time we have been let down by a company recommend by Park and Go.
