Reviewed on 21st March 2017This is the 2nd time recently that I have booked with Park and Go at Liverpool only to find out that my booking had not been forwarded onto the Liverpool car parks and it has caused me considerable stress sorting out with the car park attendant that I had a booking. If i have any other problems with Park and Go bookings then I will use another company.

Reviewed on 18th March 2017The car park did not have the booking when we arrived at the car park. They let us in but on our return, we could not get out of the car park. A man arrived 10 mins after buzzing through. We had our parking voucher & we were let out of the car park by the man. We were told this was the fault of the company we booked the parking with as the details were not given to them on time.

Reviewed on 2nd March 2017Good website, choice of options and prices. We had problem on arrival with car and booking not recognised but helpful guy on intercom let us in and told us to go to office on return for exit ticket which worked okay.

Reviewed on 4th January 2017Great location and prices and easy website to use but every time I book I always have an issue that the car park barrier doesn't register my car reg and I have to ring or walk to the car park office to get valuated which causes a delay in my travel time.

Reviewed on 7th December 2016Parking was fine but we were a little worried when we couldn't get in because our number was not recognized. We checked online and found we were booked in correctly, but our reference was not registering! The operatives were very helpful and on our return, a visit to the parking office provided us with a ticket to get out of the car park.

Reviewed on 28th November 2016For the first time ever the barrier did not recognise the number plate. We have used this car park many times before the change of ownership with no problems so this was disappointing. Pressing the contact button did work and we had the booking reference so we were allowed onto the car park.
