Reviewed on 6th July 2017Not for the first time I have to say that we had problems entering the car park-number plate recognition not working, in fact there was a man in a van parked at entrance to car park and he allowed us in the car park but no ticket was given and we were told that he would still be there on our return 5 days later!! Needless to say, he was not there on our return and we had to press the buzzer to exit the car park. Really unhappy with the hassle caused each time we use this car park service.

Reviewed on 30th May 2017This is the second time I have encountered problems at Liverpool airport. On arrival the barrier would not lift. rang for attention, took quite a while for response but eventually we were sent a ticket from the central office-causing quite a delay in parking car. Even worse on return. The ticket machine showed that we were liable to pay £75 and barrier would not lift.Again,pressed button for attention, took some time to respond, resulting in build up of traffic behind us due to only one barrier system working(normally two are in operation). The attendant couldn't find our booking even after giving car reg and name. we offered booking ref and he opened barrier. This caused considerable frustration with queuing traffic behind us.

Reviewed on 22nd April 2017Well, the discount I was given made the parking really good value. However, when we turned up the barrier did not lift and we had to call for help. The car park had no record of our booking but let us in when I explained I had a printed confirmation. Had to take time on our return to go to the car park office, show our confirmation and then get a ticket to let us out.
