Reviewed on 12th January 2020The number to phone for enquiries that is on the internet isn't in service. The name of the carpark at the airport has changed, and it's not the same one as on the internet. Had to ask where it was. This was confusing. Apart from this once I was there it was only a 2 minute walk from the terminal. If they get the website etc updated it will be fine.

Reviewed on 14th September 2019The last twice we have used this car park it hasn’t recognised the number plate & we have had to press the button for assistance. This last time, we had to call for assistance on entering & exiting the car park, as, when we put the ticket in, that we were told to take, when we entered, the machine was telling us that we owed £90. When we asked for assistance we were told that our details couldn’t be found. They then found us on ‘ another ‘ system.

Reviewed on 4th September 2019No problems with the car park itself my problem was they had no record of our booking through Park and Go and therefore had to visit parking office on our return to provide proof of booking.

Reviewed on 28th June 2019Arrived at 04.00 and the machine didn't recognise my car had to contact the call centre through a very poor intercom, eventually got in. On my return I entered the ticket and had the same problem, it told me I owe £120!. The call centre did sort it but allot of hassle I didn't need at both ends of the experience.
