Superb experience, very fast checking the car in and on return car at the front ready for our collection. 5 minutes walk to terminal. Will definitely use again.

On arrival it was great, found the Imagine car park straight away and the receptionist was really good. A gentleman came with me to the drop off at Liverpool airport. I paid the £5 fee and he drove off , flawless. On the poster outside their depot it says shuttle service. So on arrival back to the airport, with it now being 12:40am. I rang the receptionist to be told . “ we don’t do shuttle “. So by the time I walked to the parking area it was now 1am. Luckily the walk wasn’t that far and it wasn’t raining so I didn’t really mind .
