For Departure - smooth as usual. On Return - the mobile number was on answerphone. Having tried it 3 times over a 10 minute period, we gave up and phoned the 0151 number which was answered immediately. The car heater settings on my return were set on a setting and temperature I would never use (blowers at 25c). Odd when all that was required was to move the car.

Excellent service, easy to find, will certainly use again.

Very good service; immidiate transfer and pick up, no waiting, much easier than on airport parking at Liverpool where you can have a long walk with heavy luggage.
