Reviewed on 21st November 2011For Departure - smooth as usual. On Return - the mobile number was on answerphone. Having tried it 3 times over a 10 minute period, we gave up and phoned the 0151 number which was answered immediately. The car heater settings on my return were set on a setting and temperature I would never use (blowers at 25c). Odd when all that was required was to move the car.
