Reviewed on 1st September 2011Excellent location, speed of transfer. Staff very friendly and helpfull. Unfortunately, it took 30 minutes to get to my car on arrival back at the depot. They didn't know where it was, then discovered it was 2 miles away off site so I was dropped off at an industrial estate to collect it. I was only away 4 days and didn't know my car would be driven off site. Dissapointed as it was so much cheaper than the airport carpark. Wouldn't use them again for that reason.

Reviewed on 14th September 2010I feel it is very difficult to find out the parking. Actually the post code is not useful for navigation system. If company keep some signbord with arrow near the junctions may help the customers.

Reviewed on 10th September 2010I've used this car park before and found it good value for money in spite of difficulties in getting someone to answer the phone upon our return. Nor was I bothered when this happened again, or when the minibus driver allowed one too many passengers. What did bother me was to find my car with the seat position changed and the radio tuned to a different channel. More than is necessary just to make my car ready for pick-up, surely?

Reviewed on 24th June 2010On arrival the attendant didn't have a copy of our booking. He said the van's if you want to get in. We had to load our own suitcases, then get in. The driver got in took us to the airport - Never said a word, and we had to take our own cases out of the van. I have used you before, but this has been our worst experience.

Reviewed on 14th April 2010It was ok-but not sure if I'd use them again - they were obviously understaffed, with only one member of staff to ferry passengers and only one 7 seater car. Since several flights arrived at once - we had to wait for the car to come back-delayed us by 1/2 hour-not what you want at midnight.
