Imagine Car Park OUTDOOR Reviews

I have used Imagine a number of times and the service is always good, however i was surprised to be asked for a further £2 to ne taken in minibus to the airport terminal. Never had that before. The driver said it was because he was charged for entering the car park yet he charged both parties on the bus.

Not too far from main airport building and good value for money.

Great service, first time I have used £2.00 each for a 150 yard trip a bit steep, would have been a 5.

No problem easy to find did not wait too long for transfers no complaints very good service.

Typical scouse staff. 'To be pleasant is a sign of weakness' but apart from that so easy to park car find and quick pick up. Will definitely use them again. thanks.

I chose this car park as it was within walking distance of the airport - and cheap. I parked outside their reception and handed keys to the car park staff (I did not realise I did not keep my keys). I was then at the airport within 5 minutes. Upon arrival back in the UK I had to ring a mobile number to arrange collection. Again, the service was very prompt and I was back at my car within 5 minutes of ringing. Fast, efficient and they seemed like a good friendly bunch of guys running the place. I'd use this service again if using Liverpool Airport. The car had been driven about 4 miles, but there was a statement on a form suggesting that an off-site car park area may be used.

Efficient, value for money and friendly staff. I would have liked to have been shown to my car upon return, but perhaps that isn't always possible if there are a lot of customers waiting. A larger sign to indicate the location of the building would have been helpful. Overall a very good service.

When dropping off my car early (5am) there was only one member of staff and he was booking you in and driving the mini bus to drop you at the airport. Didn't cause me any delay though. Apart from that it was very good.

We have used Imagine many times and never have any problems. We have always found them to be efficient and staff are curteous. We will continue to leave our car there whenever we travel.
